My Story

I've been an athlete for as long as I can remember. At just 7 years old, I was playing professional cricket, training hard, competing, and learning discipline from the sport I loved. By the time I was 13, my focus had expanded beyond the game: I wanted to be stronger, faster, and healthier to perform better.
But the first time I stepped into a gym… I was a skinny 40 kg kid who had been bullied in school. I was underconfident, clueless, and made every mistake imaginable. Still, I showed up again and again because something in me refused to quit.
Over time, I pulled off my first transformation. Then lockdown happened. Cricket stopped completely, and I suddenly had only one goal: to build the best version of myself. I built my home gym from my savings, trained relentlessly, and educated myself on how to do things right.
I invested in knowledge. I earned certifications from the most respected institutions worldwide, from Precision Nutrition to J3U University (under John, an Olympian contestant coach), evidence-based bodybuilding, biomechanics & exercise science, sports-specific coaching, and more.
I started training friends and relatives, then strangers from all over the world. One client became ten, ten became a hundred, and today, six years later. I've transformed the lives of over 500 people through my online coaching.
Now, I'm a full-time online coach with 170K+ Instagram followers, the owner of a 10,000 sq. ft. premium gym in Pune, and someone recognized in the industry for results that last.

My mission is simple: to make fitness easy, achievable, and sustainable for Indians. I’m here to prove you can build the body you dream of without giving up your favourite foods, without living like a “fitness freak,” and without making it a burden. I want you to look great, feel strong, and still live your life.
